    Rent at The Copham varies based on floor plan, square footage, lease term, and current availability. We offer a wide range of layouts to fit different lifestyles and budgets.

  • Does The Copham have high-speed internet?

    The Copham is proud to be a fiber internet connected building. Each apartment is connected to the fast, low-latency fiber internet.


    Fiber internet is perfect for gaming, streaming, and working from home.

Your pets should feel at home, too. The Copham offers pet-friendly living with no breed or weight restrictions and amenities designed to support real life with animals.

  • Does The Copham allow pets?

    The Copham is proudly pet friendly and one of Minneapolis’s most pet-friendly communities. 


    We welcome pets with no breed or weight restrictions, and residents enjoy an oversized outdoor dog run plus an onsite dog wash to make everyday life easier for you and your pets.

  • Do you have pet amenities?

    Yes! The Copham has unique pet amenities!


    The Copham is a pet-friendly community that features great amenities to make your pets feel welcome.


    Our building features a fully-equipped pet spa including a low entry washing station. There's no cost to use the pet spa!


    The Copham is also conveniently located just down the street from a vet clinic, too.

  • Is there a fee to use the Pet Spa?

    The pet spa at The Copham is FREE for our residents. 


    You will need to supply your own pet shampoo and towels.

  • Does The Copham have any pet breed or weight restrictions?

    The Copham is proudly pet friendly, with no breed or weight restrictions.

Parking at THE COPHAM

Parking at The Copham is designed to be simple and stress-free. Every apartment includes underground parking, with flexible options available to fit your needs year-round.

  • How many parking spaces are included with each apartment?

    Residents at The Copham may add a parking space to their lease.


    Parking is offered in our parking garage, parking lot, and alley parking area. 


    Parking is subject to availability. Please confirm with the leasing office for more information.

  • Is parking included?

    Parking is offered for an additional fee. The parking fee varies depending on the location.


    Parking in the garage is offered at $210.00 per month. Parking in the alley is offered at $175.00 per month. Parking in the surface lot is offered at $150.00 per month.

  • How much is garage parking?

    Parking is offered for an additional fee. The parking fee varies depending on the location.


    Parking in the garage is offered at $210.00 per month.

  • Is there a height restriction for underground parking?

    There is no height restriction on the surface lot or alley parking. 


    Oversized vehicles may not fit in the parking garage. Please contact the leasing office for specific vehicle access questions.

  • Is there guest parking?

    On-street parking (hourly paid) is available on Washington Avenue in front of The Copham.

  • Can I park outside?

    On-street (hourly paid) parking is available on Washington Avenue immediately in front of The Copham.


    Surface lot and alley parking are outside. Parking in these areas is available for a monthly fee.

  • How do I pay for items in the Snack Shack?

    The Copham offers the Snack Shack, stocked with your favorite snacks, healthy options, and household items like detergent and toilet paper. Even better? It’s open 24/7.


    Residents can setup an account to have purchases charged to their rent account. Additionally, residents can choose to use debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Wallet while checking out.


  • What kind of items are stocked in the Snack Shack?

    The Copham Snack Shack is stocked with a wide array of sundries, snacks, meals, and beverages.


    Looking for a quick bite for lunch or dinner? The Mini Mart has frozen entrees, too.
